The Fear of Going Out on Leave
I don't think it changes no matter how generous the company is. I've been out on leave and when you go out, you're like, are they going to find someone else to do my work? Are they going to do it better than me? And then they're going to realize they don't need me after all. It points back to the narrative we were talking about that companies might kind of leap to put in place,. diversity initiatives and initiatives that help under represented populations.
