i don't see any reporting on that, do you? Why am i the first person who is floating the notion that they may have changed their priorities at the port and d completely lessened the impact on the public? Or they didn't, which would be also a gigantic story, right? If the ports did nothing different, and all they did is suffer the problem. Well, i'd want to know about that, wouldn't you?
