Six Blocks of Being a Senior Superintendent

A senior superintendent cannot be held back by the fear of risk or indecision. Great leaders are empowering, not controlling. If you respect someone, you will also expect the best for them and of them. Respect equals high expectations. People deserve our respect, and therefore they deserve high expectations. Everyone on the project site should find it hard work to elevate to the expectations of the senior superon site. Low self esteem and low self worth is something we should be sensitive to in ourselves and others. Higher self confidence and self care with practice can increase a person’s self-worth.
