The Benefits of Managed Futures
When 2008 happened, all of those quote unquote alternative investments in hedge funds all became very correlated and everybody got crushed. The only strategy that stood out during that time was managed futures. It doesn't cost any additional funds to be short of position. And secondly, it's a much more diverse portfolio because you're not just betting on stocks going up and down.
