I'm getting a lot of questions from folks, a lot of emails over the past several weeks pertaining to the war in Ukraine wondering, gee, the Russian stock market is closed. This occurred because the economic sanctions caused Russian stock prices to fall 40% in value, and then Putin shut down the exchanges. The financial markets are closed in Russia because of the economic crisis that the war has created, not just in Ukraine, of course, but also, in fact, in Moscow. And it has led to some folks writing to me asking Ric, could that ever happen here? Could our stock market ever close?
