The Future of NASA

There is a moment in your book where Liam Spencer Marshall, the founder of Planet Labs, is basically laughed out of a meeting at NASA because of what he said he could do with his little satellites. And I wonder how these two interests are going to fuse together in the future. There's parts of NASA that are wonderful and there's people who get it and are working on these new things. Then there's a whole chunk of NASA that's tied to the way things were always done. They just spent $50 billion on a rocket that is the equivalent of things SpaceX is working on - we don't really need it now.
