I think many countries can vote for many things without even debating in their own country so I do think it gets more and more personal you know this guy likes this person. Then to the like old boys network we call it here vibes where everyone kind of knows each other and so then everyone's a bit nervous to speak out of turn or to do something that the group doesn't like is that what this is about to me. It's also not so connected with the presidency and the candidacy and the voting power it's not so clearly which which it actually is, says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
