You replace one maybe two meals a day with some higher protein shake or bar or something I usually prefer bars so you have like a protein shake with mixed fruits veggies maybe throw some fiber in there. There's nothing really not to like about Strategic Meal Replacements. They're convenient, they're quick and they help lower a lot of barriers to entry to the weight loss game.
