There was, there was a document put out called the longer telegram by an anonymous former western government official. And one of the things they said in that document was that theh es in two thousand two identified a 20 year window of opportunity that they thought they had. I think for the first part of that most america, it wasn't even conflict. We saw an opportunity to liberalize them, et cetera. But i think post now you sit on almost kind of a civil conflict within the united states around this. In other words, there's recognition that there is a tension between us and china.
