How Do You Build a Team Environment?
Data scientists and data science leaders have followed a similar path. How do you create like a team environment that we can speak the language? We learn from each other. Learning curves are within the team. A lot of a a strategy and change management, because if its really, it can throw people off. I felt like i got the front seat in that huge flight of getting an enterprise like a man alive, shifting towards thet analytic so it was fascinating to me.
