Amazon's Alexa
Business Insider reported on Amazon's Alexa and how the device may have lost some of its luster. The question is, will Amazon be able to capitalize on it as they have long hoped? Will they be able to build such a great user experience that customers naturally change their behaviors around using Alexa when they need to buy something? Or will Amazon need to rely on something like robots,. Like Roomba Vacuum, which is just acquired to be able to map, scan and detect when something should be ordered.
