The Different Types of Male to Female Transsexuals

Dr. Ray Blanchard says there are two different types of male-to-female transgenders. One is an effeminate homosexual males who have gone the extra step to obtain surgical and hormonal procedures that would allow them to present as the opposite biological sex. The other type, which I think accounts for the majority of biological males who are now presenting as women are not homosexual at all. They start out with something like either cross dressing in their mother's clothes or sister's clothes or some clothing that they borrow or steal from somewhere. Autoginophilia refers to men who become sexually aroused at the thought or image of themselves as women.
