The Effects of Bad Church Leadership

Paul tells Timothy to call them to more, to live in the exact opposite of the way that they had already been. Good leadership is service and living a respectable life. We know people personally that have not lived up to the calling of Deacon, Elder and Pastor. People outside of their faith look at how Christians talk and act and want no part of it.
