Are You Changing People From Victims Into Guides?

People are not guided by nameless, faceless air bags of organizations. They're just not. The guide is a person. The guide has a soul. And so i'm willing to be guided by that lady or that man. Well, now that it's somebody who's going to take that ultimately i can hold this person accountable,. because they are the face of the organization. If this doesn't work, even more than helping people get out of debt and get their get their wits about them financially, i think one of the great contributions that you've made to culture, especially american culture, is that you have transformed people from victim to hero.
