Victims, I'm the King of Taking Ownership

A poster with four categories of behaviour. At the bottom, blame others, i can't excuse, wait and hope. There were four behaviours in the accountable category. And it said, acknowledge reality. Own it. Find solutions. Make it happen. Garv says that if everything may or may not be your fault, that's not the point. The point is you have to think and behave like everything’s your fault. You're definitely in a victim mentality when you blame others for things. If somebody does that, they've lost empowerment. They've lost their ability to make a change. Being a victim really isn't a great place to be.
