The Importance of Names
When the Great Southern Stand went up in 1991 not naming it after a player felt natural. As soon as Shane one passed away it was the most obvious thing in the world to name it after him. Andy Zoltzmann bit of brilliance from him to finish off that group of worn pieces breaking it up into sort of four phases of worn's career. I never thought of it that way until Andy spelled it out so neatly and you are reminded that there was a genuine time where he could have finished up between sort of 1998 when the injuries first started through to 2001.
