I can easily see that kind of hyperbole being used in order to reestablish trust. Most judges would probably say unless it's unduly prejudicial, and this is obviously on its face prejudicial. But because it's undated, I think that that tilts towards letting it in and making your arguments in front of the fact finder, which would be the jury. There was also a story coming out of the legal world about the use of chat GPT, which is a hot topic right now,. Especially with the writer strike going on in Arnica, the Woods in Los Angeles.
