The Long and Short-Term Holders of Bitcoin
The longer that a coin remains in someone's wallet, the more likely it is to stay there. During market cycles, what we see is that these longer-term holders distribute their coins. Short-term holders are effectively buying the top. They all form a very, very similar level in and around price shown by these purple zones.
