The Armor of God in Ephesians 6

The theme of clothing and the theme of this spiritual equipment for our battle is replete throughout all of scripture. The fact that it is so Christocentric that Christ has done these things adds a much greater dimension merely than just some sort of response to the gospel or even as an extra thing Christians ought to do.
