Defining 'complexity fitness' for leaders

Jennifer Garvey Berger is a leadership thinker, author, and co-founder of Cultivating Leadership. Her work focuses on adult development and how leaders can grow their inner capacity to meet an increasingly complex world. She is the author of Changing on the Job and Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps.
