There's a lot of in group and out group dynamics, i think, across disciplines. We don't really understand the challenges that other colleagues face to answer their research questions,. So we judge them by our own criteria that we developed without facing their challenges. It feels like there's is a big, there's a big, active an energy that needs to be reached to get past those challenges. Thar's the santafe institute. I just ran a complexity institute in singapore that worked like a charm. There's a good one in vienna right now, on scot page an michigan. They're kind of spreading and and the dynamics that i'm describing seem to work
