The Status Quo of Progressive Climate Politics

I worry when progressives have to celebrate a distributional outcome that favors capital with very little meaningful sticks in place. So the stick is enforcing that people aren't taking and are actually following the strictures of the tax credits. I don't know when an IRS tax officer is going to say to Ford or to Tesla, your electric vehicles that you're producing ... And that's actually not what we need. What we need is smaller electric cars and electric public transport.
