Selflessness - I Need to Get Rid of the Self
We become imprisoned in the view of self. It's helpful to remember and reflect on their impermanence. You don't have to get rid of the self because it is not there in the first place. Whoever thinks that they exist objectively is like a dog barking up a tree that isn't there. We need to relax into that understanding.
