Finland and Sweden are expected to announce their membership of the euro on February 20th. The decision will be taken by Finland's government, which has said it is closely monitoring what sweden is doing. Former prime minister Carl Bill says he believes both countries will make a decision in the next few days. "We're not too worried," bill tells CNN.
