China says officially that there have been a little over 5,200 deaths from COVID since the beginning of the pandemic. But analytics firms estimate that actually 5,000 people are dying a day in China in the current outbreak. Lily: The government doesn't want to admit at all that it has made any mistakes. And so they're always very tight on information and they're always tight on anything that could cause panic.
