Live Entertainment in Las Vegas?
Three billion dollars in calling it an entertainment campus. The concept is, if you look at live entertainment and vagus it is doubled, tripled and quadrupled the number of shows and artists that want to play there. Tim where are you in development right now? When can open? It's going to take a while. But i think we're probably pushing dirt next year. And then this is going to take about three years to build, so we're looking at 20 26 by the time they open.
