Seaweed and Global Warming - What Do You Think?

Seaweed is facing a serious crisis due to global warming. Production of kombu in Hokkaido which is the major production hub for kombu is really facing the crisis. People changing their diet like our diet even in Japan people make dashi less and less every year. So it's this kind of sad as a Japanese but that's the truth right so that's the reason why I wanted to keep showing using whole food ingredients you know better than using quick like kombu like ingredients.
