Jim says his sister, donna, had recently moved in with the family after a nasty break up with a boy friend. Police learned from jim that donna would smoke in the house. The smoking was definitely annoying anddefinitely getting under her skin,. pat hadn't said anything to donna about it. That is, until february twelfth. That's when she found cigarette burns on the guest bedspread. And this like set her off, because now, not only is the bedspread ruined, this is a major fire hazard, yes?
