I come up with these amazing, I think they're amazing ideas, that I love to implement. And then the marketplace gets to step up and tell me how good this idea is and how bad it is. We just implemented one that we're probably going to kill in a couple of weeks because I thought it was an amazing idea. It's putting up more roadblocks that we didn't see coming. That's what you should be grading yourself on as well. You got to look at the results side of it and say, what do I need to do to deliver massive value?"
