The Deathly Liveness of Disabilities in a Global Context
I think things feel more, I don't want to say alive because it's another bad metaphor, but you get a sort of sense of the, the liveness, right? The deathly liveness or just sort of the moving parts are like really moving. But for me, it was just such a kind of clarifying and yet sort of galvanizing. We're not in the before and after event of becoming disabled, but thinking about ongoing kinds of quotidian problems that we can then dig into with much greater nuance.
