Is There a Simple Explanation for It?
There doesn't seem to be one. Nobody's offered one. We're not allowed to ask questions any more, folks. Were there 200 ballots that appeared out of a spaceship? I don't know. That requires me to assume a lot. But if you sent out, in wayne county, michigan, a hundred absentee balots and received 200 back, the explanation right now that requires, for him the least amount of assumption, is that some of those ballots were not genuine. Or they could have been legitimate
