What I've Learned From Bill's Interview

i really want to pull out two or three big points, i think, that we can take from from bill's interview. He converted a manual f p and a system, a manual way of just doing planning, into an automated way. Don't be using excel. Moved to a really true planting system in terms of what's out there. The second thing i take from him is his reference to simplicity pattern company. They were gold to my mother, because the supply chain wasnt nearly what it is to day.
