The Jurors Don't Know How to Explain the Law in the Court Room
The jury asked the judge to let them watch the video again. The prosecution did not give jurors a copy of their instructions in just the first six pages that discuss self defence. This tells me they are trying to figure it out for themselves, says David Gergen. 'I've tried explaining it to other lawyers, and even they get confused,' he adds.
