Getting More Visceral With Your Strength Movements

With the banded dynamics that we put into our programme, we don't do a ton of work there. So hat we can really start to get more visceral with our movement patterns. It's not like people have strong enough gluts, but maybe their quads are really tight. And so now here's an issue that we tend to run into a lot. But if we can just set the table up for the run with som some good a protocol, then i think that's the case where doing just a little bit of work goes a long way.
