The Importance of Understanding the Differences Between Managers

I used to make these eyeball correlations over the years, looking at managers. Even though they could be separated by oceans and have no connection, their correlation in a good way was right there. I think that's the challenge for the investors is that we do look a lot alike, but not all time. It gives some credit to the manager selection teams and the allocators in our space who really need to do a lot of hard work to dig down into the details.
