Storms and Flooding in Wilmington, North Carolina
Torrential storms resulted in flash flooding around Wilmington, North Carolina this morning. A federal judge ruled that the Massachusetts Air National Guardsmen accused of leaking highly classified documents will remain behind bars pending trial. The rain will continue here in North Carolina, Virginia and eventually up into the northeast as well. In the west, it's all about the heat, dominant ridge of high pressure temperatures.
