You're Just Sending These Down the Drain

Every quarter, the whole staff gets together and you're stuffing them. Periodically. At least once a year. And out they go and what's the response? None. Zero, crickets. That's why I say throwing them down the drain. If for all I knew they were being held up by the post office. No feedback. Nothing. The process itself had to be somewhat of a reward in itself. Yes.
