'Sloppy quorum' refers to when a community doesn't meet its minimum number of nodes. The term was brought in by the BBC, but didn't mention anywhere else. 'Slobbering corm ay' is what happens if you don't have enough notes for an orm we're trying to do. It's up to the data who decides whether it should be done - and sometimes they decide not to go ahead with it.
