The Commission's Intention to Create Markets for Data Sharing

The Commission wanted to ensure that of the only 5% decimated that's currently being shared and we use. So they agree fully with this intention. But then we after talking to you know multiple stakeholders we also understood that it's not true that in our cases the data already has the data or it's also not true that the manufacturers always the data holder. And so what we basically try to do is we differentiate between the sales contract of a product of a connected product and the let's say operation of the connected device over time. This is where we're really trying to set principles out there and the exchanges I think quite positive so far.
