"If I'm not in the edit, a producer or a random editor may just go like, well, we didn't get that because the DP wasn't there or he took too much time," she said. "I would always be thinking about how this piece comes together and then it's about that relationship with the director." She added: "It isn't necessarily anybody's fault but the people that get blamed for the people that aren't in that edit room to support themselves"
