Is China Really Leading the Race in AI?

i am very, very concerned. I think china is leading it in certain areas like the design of chips and what not. Our quality tends to be better, but theyare surging almost to parody with us. They're basically the civil military fusion concepts. You got to make sure that you understand if you're working with te private company in china, you're effectively working with the c c p. With the national intelligence law, the national cybres security law, all in 20 17 that were passed in china. I think they are a very worthy adversary, and we have to posture accordingly.
