Is There a Right to an Abortion?
A lot of justices, like sculia, or even rompal wor like ok states tat you should be left up to states to decide what it is. The question really comes into will do you have a right an abortion to have the right to be able to do that? But i do, i do see an issue with this legal framework. And instead of creating this outside the judicial system, legal framework that they're doing, they should actually have the house and their state senate and the governor all sign, create and sign a law saying that they're going to outlaw this. I don't see any reason that if they allow this to go why people can't do this for any
