State University Professors Are the State's Mouthpieces in the Classroom

The judge stayed the enforcement of the Stop Woke Act and it cites the state's argument that because state university professors or public employees, there's no free speech issue. They're essentially arguing that the only person who has academic freedom in this state is the governor. I love that the judge is ruling a lot as a literature professor because he begins by quoting from 1984.
