Men Are Not Priesthood Keys
The key of the ministring of angels is not required to be an ordained priest at office. You don't have to be a deacons president to hold the key of presiding. But all young men who have been ordained to the ironic priesthood have the key of the ministering of angels. The key of knowledge that you receive in the temple doesn't require ordination, according to some church leaders.
