The Possibility of Killing

If Adolf Hitler had access to nuclear weapons do you think he would have thought a nanosecond about using them? If he could have taken out London, New York, Washington, you know, Wasp Moscow with a press of a button, would he have done it? Done it 10 times before breakfast he would have done it. I would like to think human beings are rational and I think they may be for large portions of their life but there are some people in positions of extreme power who especially old men turns out who you have to question their rationality. that's what you begin to see this war moving towards.
