Can a Customer Mercedes Team Really Beat the Works Team on a Regular Basis?

I find it hard to see them consistently challenging Red Bull, and I think we'll turn up it back who and they're going to have a good day. That's my gut feeling. But the Red Bull was just ultra consistent from one day to the next, wasn't it? Whereas, as you say, Mercedes had a bad day too. What is impressive is the way both drivers were ultra positive, even when it wasn't going so well on day two. Both Lewis and George were complimenting the team, pushing people forward in the way that we've already discussed with Fernando Alonso at Aston Martin. It really did feel like their trajectory was a positive one that could be continued into this
