How to Throw the Dice in the Casino

I learned it from watching basketball guys shoot free throws. They all good free throw shooters use what they call the respiratory pause. And snipers do this too. So when you're breathing in a very slow and measured way, at the bottom of your exhale is when you're the most still. That's when you want to throw the dice. I think this is the most important thing before you get into the casino. You have to develop this second nature throw, this mechanical throw. We've talked about it before.
