How Does a QB Change Affect Passing?

Deontae Johnson had a similar target share per game rate year over year. The issue was that it was on a team with fewer pass attempts, so his target total dropped by two targets each game. I definitely didn't project zero touchdowns from Johnson this season. But I did project worse efficiency because of the quarterback situation.
