Do We Really Need Regulatory Errors?

When an entity is acting like a monopoly and then becomes almost a self regulatory organization, then all of a sudden things like due process kick in. That's why i think face books experiment with this independent oversight board. Is it worth while experiment? It's too early to say whether it's working well or badly,. But removing some decision making to an external, but non governmental entity outside the company is a small step toward a kind of independent set of standard making that it will be more sponsive, in principle, to the public.
