The Pandemic and the Education System

A lot of the problems have been far more fundamental institutionmean. It's very much a scorosis, you know, a demo scorosis argument about how it's one thing to be the party of government. And another thing when the actual, for want of a less triggering word, the party apparachics are all actually creatures of government. The administration doesn't see enough separation between their role as elected political appointees and political leaders and bureaucrats. They think their job is to help the bureaucrats be bureaucrats, rather than help the bureaucrats do their jobs properly.
